1. Definitions
• "Platform": the JettaCargo software, including all load optimization, routing, palletization, and complementary module functionalities.
• "User": any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the platform.
• "Services": all functionalities, tools, and content provided by JettaCargo.
• "User Data": any data entered by the user into the platform for service usage purposes.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the JettaCargo platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use our services.
3. Description of Services
JettaCargo provides cargo planning and optimization software that includes:
• 3D load planning with bin-packing algorithms.
• Intelligent routing integrated with load planning.
• Optimized 3D palletization.
• Axle weight control.
• CO₂ emissions calculation.
• Picking sequencing.
• Autonomous AI agents for 24/7 cargo planning.
• Transport requests and approval queues.
• Operational alerts.
• RESTful API integration with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems.
The platform is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure (such as AWS and similar providers). Services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at JettaCargo's discretion.
4. Registration and Account
To access the platform, you must create an account with true and complete information. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• All activities performed under your account.
• Immediately notifying JettaCargo of any unauthorized use.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use the platform only for legitimate purposes and in compliance with applicable law. It is prohibited to:
• Use the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or its servers.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the software without express authorization.
• Use reverse engineering or decompile the software.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, interfaces, trademarks, and materials of JettaCargo are protected by intellectual property laws. Use of the platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user. Optimization algorithms, including 3D bin-packing and routing models, are the exclusive property of JettaCargo.
7. User Data
Data entered by you into the platform remains your property. By using our services, you grant JettaCargo a limited license to process this data exclusively to provide the contracted services. The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
JettaCargo is not responsible for:
• Decisions made based on optimization results provided by the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages.
• Incompatibilities with non-certified third-party systems.
JettaCargo's total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a target availability of 99%, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. In case of unplanned downtime, we will work to restore the service as quickly as possible.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract in accordance with the terms of the commercial agreement. In case of violation of these Terms of Use, JettaCargo may suspend or cancel your account without prior notice. After termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Florianópolis, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other.
